According to IMDB, a Spider-Man 3 trailer containing a watermark from trailer house The Ant Farm was leaked to the internet by an unknown source. Though the clip was not selected as the official trailer, additional footage not meant to be shown to the public has infuriated the filmmakers. Representatives of The Ant Farm insist the leak didn’t originate from their company. ”There are basic flaws within the system that make it impossible to guarantee security,” states The Ant Farm co-CEO Barbara Glazer. ”If you don’t test them, you stand a much better chance of keeping a trailer secure.” Glazer, referring to the process of testing trailers on consumers, suggested other sources of the leak including market research groups, dubbing companies, filmmakers and individuals within the studio itself.
